Shandong TXD Steel Group has completed a new H beam production run for Q3 2026, replenishing inventory across all three series: HW, HM, and HN. The fresh stock is available for immediate order from June 30, 2026, at TXD's warehouse facilities in Shandong Province.
The Q3 batch covers HW series sections from 100×100 mm to 350×350 mm in grades Q235B and Q345B. HM series sizes range from 150×100 mm to 600×300 mm, with select sizes available in ASTM A572 Grade 50 for export projects requiring higher yield strength. HN narrow-flange beams from 200×100 mm to 900×300 mm are also restocked, suitable for floor beam and rafter applications in steel-framed buildings.
All H beams are produced to GB/T 11263-2017 tolerances with full traceability from steelmaking heat to finished section. Standard lengths are 6 meters and 12 meters, with custom cutting to specified lengths available at no extra charge for full-bundle orders. Surface condition is hot-rolled as-standard, with shot blasting and primer coating available as value-added processing.
Every production batch undergoes in-line dimensional inspection using laser measurement systems that verify flange width, web height, flange thickness, web thickness, and straightness against GB/T 11263 tolerance limits. Mechanical testing samples are taken from each heat for tensile testing (yield strength, tensile strength, elongation) and Charpy impact testing at specified temperatures.
TXD Steel Group's quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and the production facility holds certifications recognized by major classification societies for structural steel supply. Mill test certificates in EN 10204 3.1 format accompany every shipment, with EN 10204 3.2 third-party witnessed certification available on request.
TXD Steel Profile ships H beams to over 30 countries, with established export routes to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. Container loading is available at Qingdao Port and Tianjin Port, both within efficient trucking distance from TXD's Shandong production base. Standard container loading time is 10-14 days from order confirmation.
For large-volume orders exceeding 500 metric tons, break-bulk vessel charter can be arranged with competitive ocean freight rates. TXD's logistics team handles all export documentation including Form E, Form F, CO, and other certificates of origin required by destination customs authorities.
